Who are we?

Hydraulic cylinder manufacturer in Iran since 1971

Our company is the largest and most experienced manufacturer and service provider of hydraulic cylinders in Iran, and we can manage the production, service, and maintenance of products in the largest dimensions. Adequate resources are in place for the production and replacement of cylinders with diameters up to 3 meters and a high rate of strokes. Currently, with the collaboration of specialized, committed, and motivated personnel, we are providing our products and services primarily to the local population of Iran, as well as exporting services and products to neighboring countries.

Since 2021, we have focused on the production and services of hydraulic cylinders where quality has been on the forefront and adherence to several standards such as the ISO 9001 quality management system.

Production facilities

We are well-equipped with the necessary tools for turning, drilling, and grinding cylinders to various dimensions to meet your needs with appropriate production machinery. Heavy lifting equipment, such as cranes, forklifts, and transport carts, are available throughout the production process.
Among many pieces of equipment, our facility currently possesses crochet outline machines, welding robots and lathes, etc., with deep hole tools and grinders machines, for processing large cylinder pieces and even CNC machines.
While dealing with the construction, engineering, and assembly of potent parts, the capabilities of our specialists play the most decisive role. For this reason, our younger skilled staff is educated owing to the experience of senior experts in the workshops.

Founder

Mr. Asghar Mirshamsi
In 1966, Mr. Asghar Mirshamsi began his industrial career in his father’s small workshop, machining industrial parts. In 1978, he established his own workshop with the help of his brothers. Over time, this workshop evolved into a business specializing in the repair of various types of machinery. By the 1980s, after relocating, it had become a workshop where provided repairs and services for hydraulic systems. He named his unit “Mirshamsi Hydraulic Industries,” a name which in time gained popularity and the company earned a reputable position in the hydraulics market.

Today

The company is actively pursuing its industrial adventure and is equipped with an organized management system, comprising dynamic and industrious people. Today, hydraulic cylinders manufactured by us and related services can be enjoyed in all areas of Iran and even in neighboring countries.
This manufacturing and trading business can be traced to the effort and work put in for 3 generations of the Mirshamsi family. As the crown jewel of our founder, Mr. Asghar Mirshamsi, our family business is an endless endeavor in which every family member, every shareholder and every employee is happy and secure while being unique. Everyone participates in the advancement of the company, and every resolution and every decision of the Company is taken in the interests of the Company and its future.

Biography and achivements

Mr. Asghar Mirshamsi was born on September 5, 1958, in Shiraz. He went through high school studying machine tools and finished his education at Shiraz Technical College. Immediately after graduation, he served in the technical departments of government organizations during his military service. After this period, he started his small unit with his brothers, independent of their father.
His technical vision, the experience from his father’s workshop, and the cooperation of his brothers brought him into hydraulics. He dreamed that his three children should always join the company and kept encouraging them to get to the highest levels in diverse fields of engineering and technology. His son Ali, and his daughters joined the company. Ali joined in 2019 and has since continued to lead the business towards a bright future in line with the family tradition. As the CEO and authorized signatory, Ali is fully committed to the company and guarantees the continuity of Raman Shams Industries and Mirshamsi Hydraulic Industries.

CEO

Ali Mirshamsi was born in 1986 in Shiraz. His early interest in engineering led him to achieve top positions in Iranian invention competitions (Kharazmi). He graduated with a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Applied Design and Manufacturing Processes, from Sharif University of Technology. His expertise lies in optimizing machining processes, with several scientific articles published on the subject. Ali Mirshamsi started working in the family business from a very young age and is being involved in various other related positions during his entire career.
Presently Ali Mirshamsi is the chief Executive officer of Raman Shams Company and chairman of the Board of Mirshamsi Hydraulic Industries.
